Flow Visualisation in Clean Rooms

In clean rooms trouble-free and low-turbulent air flow between the air inlet at the filter ceiling (above) to the exhaust at the perforated bottom (below) is essential. Emerging particles should be immediately removed by the exhaust and any distribution inside the room has to be prevented. Any disturbing effects causing vortex and turbulent flow that may decrease the effectiveness of the clean room have to be avoided.

Our FlowMarker® makes air flow visible. Thus, by means of the FlowMarker® a laminar flow can be proven or otherwise problematic areas can be identified.

Further applications inside clean rooms are leak tests, checking procedures referring to pressure levels and any further reviews of air flow.
